Chef/Patron Robert Clayton creates uncomplicated dishes that explore and showcase the freshest and very best ingredients with a grill concept. Robert is inspired by Mediterranean and modern French cuisine and ensures that he sources and buys only seasonal ingredients daily.
The restaurant, with its Georgian architecture, original artwork and impressive wine wall is open to hotel guests and non-residents.
